Over recent years the firm has also engaged in overseas projects, such as that of an office development in Frankfurt, where it was appointed by a leading German asset manager, investor and developer to structure debt and equity for acquisition, conversion and sale of a prominent Frankfurt office property formerly occupied by a German bank.
